Self-determination

In addition to emergency aid packages, the Refugee Foundation also provides cash assistance. This gives people the opportunity to invest in their own recovery and prioritise their needs. In addition to a positive effect on their self-esteem, cash assistance also supports the local economy of the – often poorer – communities to which they have fled. To give people on the run more perspective for the future, we also support them with training.
